Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends, or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer. We take pride in our swift turnaround times and appreciate your patience as a small business!

 

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and carrier delays. You'll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.


    Address Accuracy

    Please double-check your shipping address and purchase details at checkout. Made by Blondi is NOT responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. Our system can only input the information you give us. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer must cover the cost of re-shipping. If the customer refuses to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package or a refund.

     

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged mail once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost or is missing, please file a claim with your local postal service.
