Thank you for shopping with Made by Blondi. Because we are a small business specializing in handmade, personal-use items, all purchases are considered final sale. Each item is carefully crafted or formulated by a single artist, Blondi, with the assistance of a small team. Given the significant investment time, labor, and costs—sometimes requiring out-pocket—this policy is non-negotiable, and returns cannot be accommodated. Please read the following terms thoroughly before placing an order.

Final Sale Items
For sanitary and custom production reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following:
- Beauty products
- Handmade items
- Subscription or mystery boxes
- Sale items
- Tips and gratuities
All purchases are considered final sale.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable:
- Please email blondi.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
My team and I are not responsible for any damages made after delivery. We will review the case, and if it's determined to be our error, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or externally damaged packages once shipped. Please report lost mail directly to your local post office with your tracking number.

Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll send an invoice for a new shipping label. If this invoice is unpaid, the order will be forfeited with no refund.

Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately. If a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Fraud
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraud. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban. We reserve the right to cancel high-risk orders at our discretion.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, threats, or harassment toward our team. Blondi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in harmful or inappropriate conduct.
Made by Blondi is a small business, and we will always operate accordingly. If we feel uncomfortable facilitating orders with you, we reserve the right to decline all requests and permanently stop all actions, meaning you will no longer have the opportunity to shop with us.
