Shipping Policy

  • **Order Processing and Fulfillment**

    • Fulfillment time: 1-3 business days.
    • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays, high-volume periods, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases and promotions.
  • **Delivery Times**

    • Domestic: 3-5 business days.
    • International: 1-3 weeks.
    • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout, subject to change by the delivery partner.
  • **Packages**

    • Liability: Blondi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or outer damage to packages.
    • Reporting: Report lost/missing mail to your local post office with the tracking number.
    • For incorrect or unusable items, email blondi.help@gmail.com immediately with photos and your order number.
  • **Shipping Address Changes**

    • Ensure the address at checkout is complete and correct. Blondi is NOT responsible for incomplete addresses.
    • If a package is returned due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will send an invoice for a new shipping label. If the customer refuses to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package or a refund. All applicable fees and invoices must be paid by the customer.
