Refund/Exchange Eligibility: If your item(s) are missing, incorrect, or in unusable condition, you must contact us immediately.
Cancellations: Our system processes orders immediately. We will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
Tips are nonrefundable and cannot be undone.
**Damaged/Incorrect Items**
Liability: Blondi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or outer damage to packages.
Reporting: Report lost/missing mail to your local post office with the tracking number.
For incorrect or unusable items, email blondi.help@gmail.com immediately with photos and your order number.
**Shipping Address Changes**
Ensure the address at checkout is complete and correct. Blondi is NOT responsible for incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will send an invoice for a new shipping label. If the customer refuses to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package or a refund. All applicable fees and invoices must be paid by the customer.
**Store Credit**
Store Credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a return.
Blondi reserves the right to refuse any refund, partial refund, exchange, or order cancellation request for any reason without notice.
**Fraudulent Orders and Chargebacks**
Fraud: Disputing valid transactions to evade payment may result in criminal charges, fines, or imprisonment.
Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks result in an automatic ban. Per Shopify rules, chargeback amounts are withheld, preventing full refunds.
Avoid chargebacks by contacting us for refunds or cancellations.
High-Risk Orders: We reserve the right to cancel and refund high-risk orders with chargebacks if delivered.
**International Returns**
At this time, we do not accept any returns or refunds on international orders.
**Bullying, Harassment, and Threats**
Zero Tolerance: Bullying, harassment, threatening to sue, or harmful conduct towards staff will not be tolerated.
Immediate Ban: Customers engaging in such behavior will be banned and no longer served.
No Contact: We reserve the right to cease communication and refuse service to abusive individuals.
Made by Blondi is a small business, and we will always operate accordingly. If we feel uncomfortable facilitating orders with you, we reserve the right to decline all requests and permanently stop all actions, meaning you will no longer have the opportunity to shop with us.
